They pretty much told me since I'm the only person reporting my issue that it wasn't worth correcting; however if 18 or 20 people would call in with the same problem then MAYBE they'd look into it.

F that poor excuse for customer service - swapping to verizon.

It only took them 2 full days to piss me off to the point of canceling service. lol!

When you first change isp, they usually run tests for a week or so starting at low speeds and working their way up to see what your line is capable of and the best settings for a stable
connection, not sure how it works over there; although, you may want to find out if that's the case and wait on it.
Other things that you can try, which again may or may not be available there but worth a shot - call them and ask them to change it to a gaming account OR tell them to set the maximum delay to 8ms (milliseconds).
