We've decided since the server doesn't get used terribly much that we would open it up to the public.
Simply callvote exec ctf to switch the server over to ctf, then vote on what map you want.
Both 3wave and WTF maps are available.

I also added a aw.cfg to the server to practice since I suck so badly at it. It contains the same callvote options as the tdm and ctf cfgs.
5 bots are loaded by default within a FFA setting.
Also added a few weapon skins due to the lack of something better to do with my time at work today.
Just fyi, I disabled delag on the a/w cfg. I may change it back once I see how it feels compared to delag 2...
