You might need some serious scannage. Try getting avast, update it, then run a scan to see what it finds:

If this doesn't find your problem, there is also Malewarebytes for scanning (not an active anti-virus program):

If this doesn't work, let me know and I will get you a special version of RegCure to see how that may help. I should note that if even that doesn't work, then your best bet is system restore, or windows recovery.. xD
